WINNER OF THE BRITISH SOCIETY OF WOMEN ARTISTS 2025 PRESIDENT & VICE PRESIDENTS’ AWARD
About the artist
Southwest England’s dramatic scenery, though far removed from the wilds of my African roots, resonate with a similar untamed beauty that continually inspires my work. From the sweeping expanse of Dartmoor, the vibrant energy of its rivers to the wildflowers and the ancient Jurassic coastline with its weathered cliffs, these surroundings evoke echoes of the Kalahari sands of my childhood, connecting past and present through the natural world.
